Headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia, ARI focuses exclusively on the identification and retrieval of cash assets for business and consumer clients.  Our mission is to locate and recover missing or unclaimed funds and return them to the rightful owners before they are forever lost.  We have located cash assets for clients in all fifty states and dozens of foreign countries.   

We utilize licensed, practicing attorneys in the recovery process.  Those attorneys work closely with ARI’s internal legal department and all activity is conducted through established legal and/or government channels.  Clients are provided with timely updates regarding the progress of their file and receive copies of all documents related to their claim.

Tom Kilby, Founder

Tom’s prior responsibilities include several senior officer level positions with companies including:  Colt Firearms, Armstrong Industries, Congoleum, Stihl Inc., Waring Products, Levelor, and Hayward Industries.  Tom also has extensive international experience, having worked and lived abroad for several years in Europe and Australia.  He is a graduate of The University of Hartford and is currently an adjunct professor, teaching MBA courses at Old Dominion University’s College of Business and Public Administration.

Jeremy Domozick, President

All of the company’s internal and case related legal matters are managed by Jeremy Domozick, who works directly with in-house and independent, outside attorneys.  He also handles new business research and development.  Jeremy brings multiple years of asset recovery experience to the company.  He is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia, having received his law degree from the William & Mary School of Law.
